Description
This set from DAISYSILK is the first piece in my silk travel kit: a pillowcase, an eye mask and two scrunchies in matching colours, packed in one box. It is my pick for night trains like the Nightjet from Vienna, long-haul flights and hotel stays.

Everything is 100% 19 momme mulberry silk, certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. Momme measures the weight and thickness of silk; most of DAISYSILK‘s core pieces are 19 or 22 momme.
Before you buy
The pillowcase is a rectangular size, so it will not fit the large square pillows common in continental Europe. DAISYSILK recommends washing silk by hand in lukewarm water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent and drying it away from direct sunlight. Its shipping page lists a “Rest of World” rate but does not name Austria or say who pays import duties, so I would check with the brand before ordering.
